We would like to take this opportunity to highly recommend J.B. Homes to anyone looking to build a new home. When
we firstmet Frank Brecevic of J.B. Homes, we knew he was different from the rest. Before talking about our new home or
looking atblueprints, he wanted to know about us and our family. When we finally looked at blueprints he was able to make
suggestionsto integrate our lifestyle into the home.
When it came to price, all other builders give a per square foot price, again Frank was different. He explained that there
aremany factors to consider and you don’t know what you get at a per square foot price. When he finalized a price, we
were pleasedthat everything we wanted was included, and not an extra as other builders.
Once construction began, we were amazed at how well organized and smooth the process proceeded. As another builder
wasbuilding across the street, we were able to compare the building process. We were amazed at how our project moved
along whilethe other builder’s project didn’t.
Frank was always available to listen to any questions or concerns, and was able to put us at ease with his cheerful, knowledgeable,
non-confrontational demeanour, a true professional. In the future when we decide to build again, we will call on the
