J.B. Homes Inc. is a well respected name in the Home construction industry in the Chatham-Kent area. Established in 1984, J.B. Homes has built over 275 homes in Chatham and the surrounding area.

Joseph and Frank Brecevic are the father and son team who manage the company and provide consistent quality homes for their clients. Their goal is to achieve total satisfaction for each of their clients by maintaining a close one-to-one relationship with them, and addressing any of their questions and concerns.

Joseph has been in the home building business since 1965 and has seen much advancement in building technology and techniques.  In 1993, Frank joined the company and together they provide clients with what they have been looking for in their new home. Regardless of the size of the project, Joseph and Frank work together with their clients to bring their dream home to reality.  This is facilitated by a hands on approach to operation their business, by personally supervising each step in the construction process.
